The Modern Divorce team
Divorce involves a grieving process no matter how peacefully it is handled. It doesn’t need to be a nightmare, and costs don’t need to be unpredictable. With other professionals, the time frame and costs are unknown and unknowable. Our team of four collaborative experts offers flat-rate, all-inclusive divorce packages that are unique in Ontario.
The Modern Divorce team provides four professionals: a mediator, financial expert and two lawyers at a single pre-set fee. We provide all the expertise you need in one place – for much less cost in money and time.
We help couples reach a comprehensive, legally binding settlement within 6 to 10 months, or less. For clients who qualify, payment can even be deferred until the case is settled. This can also include financing the rental of separate living quarters, if needed, while your agreement is being negotiated.
The Modern Divorce team offers 3 all-inclusive packages:
Family Package, ($27,000 per couple or $13,500 per person + HST)*
Couples Package, ($22,000 per couple or $11,000 per person + HST)*
Grey Divorce Package, ($22,000 per couple, $11,000 per person + HST)*

We can also customize a plan for specific needs, such as owning a business, in addition to offering deferred payment for those who need the extra “wiggle room”.
